In the interest of protecting the health of test takers and staff, IELTS tests are suspended in some locations. In other areas, tests will continue with additional health precautions in place.

IELTS Indicator

To address IELTS test suspensions in some locations, we have introduced IELTS Indicator, an online test aimed to help students progress their study abroad applications during this time of uncertainty. You can learn more about IELTS Indicator here.

The IELTS partners are monitoring the situation very closely and will take relevant measures to protect the health of our test takers and of our colleagues around the world, in line with the advice of national healthcare authorities.

At this difficult time, our thoughts and best wishes are with our test takers, colleagues and friends in the areas affected by the virus.
